Document Description
The applicants request concurrent Zone Change and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map approval to modify the existing Planned Development (PD) zone designation to develop an additional 20,000 square feet of commercial office space to be used for professional office uses and health care facilities. Ten thousand square feet of commercial office space is proposed to be developed in one structure located within Parcel 3. The additional 10,000 square feet of commercial office space would be developed in two separate structures within the designated Remainder Parcel. The Vesting Tentative Parcel Map would subdivide the 3.06 acre Remainder Parcel into two parcels encompassing 0.52 acre (Parcel 4) and 2.80 acres (Remainder).
