The applicants request Zone Change approval to modify the existing Planned Development (PD) zone designation to develop an additional 20,000 square feet of commercial office space to be used for professional office uses and health care facilities. The other 10,000 square feet of commercial office space is proposed to be developed in two separate structures within the Remainder Parcel.
