Document Description
The project includes the subdivision of a 3.11 acre parcel into two separate lots, which will be developed by two separate parties, Burbank Housing and Gravenstein Mixed Use LLC. Burbank's proposal includes subdividing the rear lot, zoned RM-H: High Density Multi-family Residential with an ESOS: Environmental Scenic Open Space district overlay, into 34 single-family lots and rezoning the property to PC: Planned Community. The front portion of the property, zoned CG: General Commercial, will be developed by Gravenstein Mixed-Use LLC. The project proposal includes the construction of a mixed-use building, subdivided into 6 commercial condominiums on the ground floor and 6 residential condominiums on the second floor. Subterranean parking, including 22 spaces, is proposed beneath the building and 34 additional spaces are proposed along the driveway. Access to both project sites will be via an existing private access road, Redwood Drive.
