Document Description
The project is limited to day lighting of a 650-foot reach of Wildcat Creek through Davis Park. The project will remove a 500 foot double box culvert and redirect flows through a newly excavated channel lined with cobble and planted with native riparian species. The project will also include repair of an existing trail and installation of a 70-foot bridge across the new channel. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2011-0047-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the City of San Pablo.
