Document Description
The project involves a minor subdivision of a 29,624 square foot parcel to create two residential parcels of 14,074 square feet (Lot 1) and 15,549 square feet (Lot 2). There is an existing house on the project site, which will be removed prior to development of the proposed subdivision at a later date. The lot is accessed from Glen Aulin Lane, and both proposed parcels will retain access to Glen Aulin Lane. Water is provided Hillsborough Municipal Water Department and sewer service by Burlingame Hills Sewer Maintenance District via existing infrastructure serving the lot. The location of the project is on topography that exceeds a 20% slope.
