Document Description
The Project will extend Riverfront Street approximately 0.15 mile as a two-lane roadway with sidewalks, lighting, and landscaping, from its terminus just south of Mill Street, underneath the highway, to a cul-de-sac. The Project will also widen 5th Street between Mill Street and 15th Street, construct a Class IV bikeway and sidewalk, underground overhead utilities on the east side of 5th Street, and install new wet utilities, lighting , and landscaping.
