CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0271-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicant, Ms. Katy Jacobson, City of West Sacramento.
Project is an art installation, consisting of two 18 inch thick concrete support foundations totaling 170.7 sq. ft., the art installation itself and associated lighting. The public art is an amenity of an existing improved City River Walk Park completed in 2010 under the Bridge District Specific Plan EIR.
