Document Description
The City of Half Moon Bay received an application (PDP-031-07) to construct a new single-family residence, detached garage, and detached studio on a 50.5 acre within an Urban Reserve (U-R) zoning designation located at 800 Frenchman's Creek Road (APN 048-310-110). The Project requires City approval of a Coastal Development Permit and Use Permit to allow the residential use and structures on this site. In addition to residential structures, a new driveway turnaround, wharf-type fire hydrant, rural fire water supply tanks, water service, and septic system with leach field will be needed to support the proposed use and structures.
