Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Specific Plan for development of the Beach and Edinger Corridors. The vision for the Specific Plan area is to develop primarily residential and neighborhood retail uses in the southern portion of Beach Blvd. transitioning to commercial and retail uses in the middle segment of Beach Blvd., then to a more dense "town center" adjacent to and at the intersection of Beach Boulevard and Edinger Avenue. Along Edinger Avenue, mixed uses would be developed. Four individual project sites would also be analyzed; Spring Suites (7902 Edinger Ave.), Murdy Commons (7441 Edinger Ave.), Beach Blvd. at Warner Ave, and Beach Boulevard at Ellis Ave.
