Document Description
Request by the Rancho Nipomo Homeowners Association for a Major Grading Permit to stabilize and repair a portion of the south bank of the Los Berros Creek. The repairs are intended to address two slope failures that have occurred along this bank. Equipment will be staged along Sycamore Creek Lane, a paved roadway. The project will involve vegetation, repair work, and revegetation along 100 linear feet (approximately 2,500 square feet) of the creek bank, adjacent to Sycamore Creek Lane. Repair activities would include excavation of approximately 2-foot deep keyways and installation of approximately 100 cubic yards of riprap and 40 cubic yards of compacted earth fill. Additionally, 30 square feet of asphalt concrete pavement repair and 15 linear feet of asphalt curb repair are proposed to Sycamore Creek Lane, which runs parallel to Los Berros Creek at the top of its south bank.
