Document Description
The project proposes the construction of 502,020 square feet of light industrial, commercial, and warehousing facilities on a vacant 26.8-acre site. The proposed business park would consist of a total of live buildings ranging in size from 54,800 to 164,330 square feet, in a business park setting. All five buildings would be arranged to take access from a central driveway traversing the project site in an east to west orientation and secondary driveway located at the northeast corner of the project boundary. Building heights would range between 35 to 40 feet to top of parapet.
