Document Description
The Temple Palms Business Park project proposes reuse of a former 26.8-acre heavy manufacturing site for the construction of 502,386 square feet of light industrial, commercial, and warehousing facilities in a business park setting. The proposed business park would consist of a total of 14 buildings ranging in size from 11,781 to 60,364 square feet. All 14 buildings would be arranged to take access from a central driveway traversing the project site in an east to west orientation and secondary driveway located at the northeast corner of the project boundary. The six easternmost buildings are proposed as single-story structures with a clear height of 14 to 18 feet. The eight westernmost buildings would be two-story structures with a mezzanine, with an approximate clear height of 24 feet. Buildings 5 through 12 would be equipped with truck loading docks for warehousing and distribution operations. Parking for on-site employees would be interspersed between the 14 buildings. A total of 1,068 parking spaces would be provided.
