The City has prepared a comprehensive update to its General Plan and an associated EIR for proposed Planning Area. Development within the City and County shall be consistent with the OVOV's Vision and Guiding Principles, which are intended to sustain and enhance environmental resources, economic vitality, and the social well being of its residents.
