Document Description
The City is preparing a comprehensive update to its General Plan and an associated EIR for the proposed Planning Area. Development within the City and County shall be consistent with the OVOV's Vision and Guiding Principles, which are intended to sustain and enhance environmental resources, economic vitality, and the social well being of its residents. The following seven General Plan elements are either available or will soon be available on the City's website wwww.santa-clarita.com/vgp:
- Draft Safety Element
- Draft Conservation and Open Space Element
- Draft Circulation and Noise Elements (available 9/16/08)
- Draft Housing Element (available 10/21/08)
