The Project is an addendum to the Adelanto Gateway Logistics Center EIR (SCH No. 2008071129). The Project site is approximately 47.5-acres (APNs 0459-841-16 & 0459-841-17). The Project proposes the development of approx. 79,295 square feet of building space (production [70,646 sf], carwash [936 sf], FQC/auction [7,125 sf], and other space [588 sf]). The Project would include surface lots to store vehicles to either await an auction event or to await reconditioning before transport to a retail store.
