Document Description
CA Dept. of Fish & Wildlife (CDFW) is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2012-0178-R5) to the project applicant, Sterling Gateway. The project proposes to permanently impacts to 0.37 acres of jurisdictional areas. Of the 0.37 acres, 0.20 acres is vegetated with riparian species, resulting in the removal of four cottonwood and five arroyo willow trees, and twelve mulefat shrubs, all of which are over three inches diameter breast height (DBH). Mitigation includes the permanent protection of a 42.06 acre and 29.70 acre area with similar habitat types to those being impacted.
