Document Description
The project involves a request for a Conditional Use Permit to maintain and stabilize two existing shoreline projects, in addition to, extending stabilization efforts of the coastal bluff further south. The ten subject residential properties span an ~660 ft by reach of the coastal bluff. The southern two-thirds of the site requires an ~20 ft high reinforced shotcrete tied-back structural infill, and the northern one-third requires an ~35 ft high seawall.
