Document Description
Demolition of existing 2,044 square feet service station building (8 fueling positions) with canopy and mini-market. Variance to: 1) reconstruct a 2,046 square feet service station (16 fueling positions) with canopy and mini-market with 25 parking spaces on a 25,280 square feet lot, in the C4 Zone; 2) establish a gasoline station in the P1 Zone; 3) gasoline sales 24 hours a day with access to mini-market from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm, 7 days a week without filing a Conditional Use Permit as required by Section 12.24-W.27 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code; and, 4) approximately 24% of the Olympic Blvd. mini-market building frontage shall consist of transparent glass without filing a Conditional Use Permit as required by Section 12.24-W.27 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. Removal of three trees.
