Document Description
NOTE: Response to Comments The project analyzed in the DEIR is the comprehensive update of the City of Rialto General Plan. The DEIR is also intended to encompass the effects of subsequent revisions to the City's Zoning Code (Title 18 of the Municipal Code) that may be required to implement the updated General Plan policy. The General Plan update addresses the 7 state mandated general plan elements. The updated General Plan establishes an overall development capacity for the City and serves as a policy guide for determining the appropriate physical development and character for the City and it's Sphere of Influence. Following adoption of the updated General Plan, the City will undertake a comprehensive Zoning Code amendment to achieve consistency between the General PLan and the Zoning Code.
