Consideration of a site plan review to construct a commercial center on 3.0 acres of an 8.4 gross acre site zoned C-2 located on the southeast corner of Joshua Street and Outpost Road. Two fast-food restaurants with drive-thru facilities totaling 6,100 square feet are proposed on the western portion of the site and a future mini-mart with fuel dispensing facilities and a carwash is proposed on the northwest corner of the site.
