Document Description
The proposed project is an application for a Tentative Tract Map to subdivide two existing parcels of land to build seven condominium units. Each unit will have two stories built on top of a partially subterranean parking structure with 16 spaces. Existing structures on-site include one single-family residence, one duplex, and various types of trees including one oak. All are proposed to be removed except for the oak tree. Project site access will be taken from Barton Lane. Water and sewer services will be provided by the Crescenta Valley Water District. The project site falls under the La Crescenta-Montrose Community Standards District.
