Document Description
The proposed project is the annexation of approximately 430 acres to the City of Kingsburg, and portions of that territory to the Selma-Kingsburg-Fowler County Sanitation District (S-K-F). The project also includes the detachment of the same territory from the Fresno County Fire Protection District, Consolidated Irrigation District, and the Kings River Conservation District and the pre-zone of the subject area to Heavy Industrial, Light Industrial and Hwy Commercial. The entire project area is located within the City of Kingsburg's existing Sphere of Influence and within the North Kingsburg Specific Plan Area which identified this territory for future annexation consideration.
