Document Description
The City of National City proposes a General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, and Specific Plan for the redesign of the Westside neighborhood (formerly referred to as Old Town) located within the incorporated limits of National City. Many existing land uses within the neighborhood are incompatible and a Specific Plan has been designed to address these conflicts.
