The project is a Major Use Permit Modification to renew and extend the operational period of a wireless telecommunication facility. The proposed Crown Castle facility consists of a 50-foot-tall mono-pine tower with a total of 27 panel antennas and 21 remote radio units (RRU), with associated equipment enclosures and backup generator platforms for each carrier on site: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon. The project is located south of Highway SR-78 in the North Mountain Subregional Planning Area within the unincorporated area of the County of San Diego. The project site land use regulation is a General Agricultural A72 zone.
