Document Description
CDFW is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA# 1600-2011-0098-R6[Revision 2]) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant: Riverside County Transportation Commission, represented by Anne Meyer, 4080 Lemon Street, 3rd Floor, Riverside, CA 92502, Phone (951)787-7141. The SR-91 CIP Project is limited to improvements on SR-91 from approximately the Orange/Riverside County line to the I-15 interchange and single-lane direct connectors to and from 1-15 south, extending from SR-91 to the Ontario Avenue interchange. The project will require construction of additiional lanes, bridge work involving 34 structures, modification of some existing road interchanges, improvements to cross-drainages, utility relocations, installation of sound and retaining walls, and landscaping.
