Document Description
The State Route 91 Corridor Improvement Project (Project) includes capacity, operational, and safety improvements on SR-91 and Interstate 15 (1-15). The Project was analyzed in an environmental impact report I environmental impact statement (EIR/EIS) that was certified in August 2012.
The Project remains consistent with the EIR/EIS, except for the following design changes to the Express Lanes Connector (ELC) component of the Project:
