Document Description
The proposed Biane Business Park project would consist of the demolition of the former Biane Winery (originally called the Padre Winery), and the construction of a 240,740 square-foot industrial warehousing structure. The structure would include 227,740 square feet of warehousing space, 9,000 square feet of first-floor office space, and 4,000 square feet of mezzanine office space. In order to support industrial/warehousing uses, the facility would include 33 truck loading ramps/docks and 41 trailer parking stalls (along the southern side of the structure). A total of 183 passenger vehicle parking spaces would be provided, primarily along the eastern and western sides of the structure.
