The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-RIV-26376-R6 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant IDI Logistics, as represented by Brian Caris. The Project description only includes Project activities that will occur within areas subject to Fish and Game Code §1602. The 455-acre commercial warehouse development site includes roadway and channel improvements, access roads, a rail easement, an Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) easement, culverts, and a series of detention basins.
