Document Description
The project includes 3 warehouse distribution sites that will be constructed separately in phases. Infrastructure improvements will be phased and include street, water, recycled water, sewer and brine line facilities. In total, the project includes ~7.4 million sf of industrial warehouse space located on ~455 acres. Site 1 consists of the development of one 783,000 sf building on 38 acres; Site 2 consists of the development of 4 buildings totaling 3,448,734 sf on 201 acres; and Site 3 consists of the development of 4 buildings totaling 3,166,857 sf on 215.7 acres.
