Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-RIV-46957-R6, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Brian Caris of IDI Logistics.
The project is limited to the grading and fill of several ephemeral tributaries to the San Jacinto River to construct three new industrial buildings (i.e., Building 1, Building 1, and Building 3), which will be of the type III-B concrete tilt construction that will total roughly 3,343,584 square feet, with automobile parking and trailer stalls. To raise the
Project site out of the 100-year floodplain, the development could require the importation of approximately 660,000 cubic yards of fill materials. The Project will also include onsite improvements such as street adjacent drainage channels, a detention basin, water quality features, storm drain, sewer and water systems, a sewer lift station, trash enclosures, pump houses, light pole standards, and perimeter fencing. The following roads will be widened during the Project activities: Goetz Road, Mapes Road, “A” Street, Watson Road, and Ellis Avenue. The project will include
the construction of an onsite storm drain system as part of the industrial facility and will also include the construction of offsite storm drain improvements.
