On January 30, 2024. Perris City Council adopted a resolution adopting Addendum 23-05252 to the previously certified South Perris Industrial Project Final Environmental Impact Report (SCH No. 2008071060), and approving Major Modification 22-05265 and Tentative Parcel Map 23-05248 (TPM 38518) to modify Development Plan Review 08-04-0006 and Tentative Parcel Map (TPM 35886). to facilitate the construction and operation of three industrial buildings totaling 3.316.317 square feet on three contiguous parcels: and approved a related Operating Memorandum that documents these modifications to the original project and authorized the City Manager to finalize and execute the Operating Memorandum.
