Document Description
The San Bernardino County Department of Public Works proposes to construct eight segments of Duncan Road and one segment of Wilson Ranch Road as outlined in the High Desert Transportation Facilities Plan. This segment of Duncan Road, between Oasis Road and Buckwheat Road, is an existing public dirt road approximately two miles in length. Duncan Road is listed as a priority project for the High Desert Transportation Facilities Plan and reflects a cooperative effort among the County Fire Department, the County Department of Public Works, and the Phelan and Pinon Hills Municipal Advisory Councils to construct a backbone of roads that will improve access and safety.
