Ainsworth Tentative Parcel Map

The proposed project entails: Dave Cross of Fletcher, Cross, and Associates, agent for Jim Ainsworth, owner, proposes to divide 9.65 gross acres into two lots of 3.46 gross acres (proposed parcel 1), and 6.19 gross acres (proposed parcel 2). Proposed lot 1 would contain an existing approximately 2,600 square foot single family dwelling and proposed lot 2 would contain an approximately 16,891 square foot development envelope which would contain all future development. Proposed lot 2 would also contain an existing approximately 1,330 square foot barn and carport/shed which are proposed to be removed. Access to proposed lot 1 would be provided by an existing private driveway of approximately 400 feet in length accessed from an existing private road. The development envelope on proposed lot 2 would be accessed via a proposed new driveway of approximately 60 feet in length accessed from an existing private road. Water services would be provided by the Golden State Water Company, and sanitary services would be provided by an existing septic system currently serving the existing single family dwelling residence located on proposed lot 1, and a proposed septic system in conformance with Environmental Health Services requirements to be located within the designated building envelope on proposed lot 2. No grading, tree or vegetation removal is proposed as a part of this project.
