Document Description
The existing beach access stairs would be removed from the Brooks Street cul-de-sac to their terminus on the existing beach. In its place, the City would construct new access stairs from the Brooks Street cul-de-sac, beginning at approximately the 29 foot elevation to approximately the 12 foot elevation above MSL. A new over-look and bench area would be located at the top of the expanded lift station and new stairs. The stairs would be widened from the lift station to approximately 20 feet north in a stadium-type style. Another widened platform and overlook area with new landscaping would create new access to the pump station at approximately the 21-foot level above MSL. From this new platform area, the access stairs would continue westerly to approximately the 12-foot level above MSL. The lift station would be expanded below ground to the east.
