An addendum to the March LifeCare Campus Specific Plan Final Environmental Impact Report (SCH# 2008071021) was approved by the March Joint Powers Authority for the proposed U.S. Vets Transitional Housing Specific Plan (SP-6) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines section 15162 and 15164(a). Activities approved as part of the U.S. Vets Transitional Housing Specific Plan (SP-6) are consistent with, and analyzed in, the 2009 March LifeCare Campus Specific Plan Final Environmental Impact Report (SCH#2008071021), and further environmental review as per State CEQA Guidelines section 15162 is not permitted.
