An Addendum to the March LifeCare Campus Specific Plan Final Environmental Impact Report has been prepared by the March Joint Powers Authority for the proposed March LifeCare Campus Specific Plan Amendment (SP-7) and related entitlements pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines section 15162 and 15164(a). SP-7 and the related entitlements constitute a minor technical change to the Specific Plan. All activities approved as part of the March LifeCare Campus Specific Plan Amendment are consistent with, and were fully analyzed in, the 2009 March LifeCare Campus Specific Plan Final Environmental Impact Report, and further environmental review as per State CEQA Guidelines section 15162 is not permitted.
