Administrative Plot Plan (PP 21-11): The proposed project will be developed on a 1.24 acre site, within Zone 9 of the March Life Care Campus Specific Plan Area. The proposed project consists of a water pressure reducing valve (PRV) station/facility to connect the Eastern Municipal Water District’s water distribution system to Western Municipal Water District’s water distribution system to augment the water supply, water storage and fire flows capacities in Specific Plan Area and Western Municipal Water District – March Air Reserve Base service area. Within the 1.24 acre site, the PRV station/facility, is to be constructed on approximately .56 acres, which includes the connection of two (2) water systems via pipelines and appurtenances, meters, water systems and backflow devices, along with pressure reducing valves. In addition, the PRV station/facility will include asphalt paving, concrete “V” ditch, CMU block walled-equipment enclosures, tubular steel fencing with pilasters, curbs and gutters and antennae/computer equipment. The equipment enclosures will have a height of 8’-6”. The Project will have one driveway along the westside of Riverside Drive. The driveway will serve as an entrance for passenger car/truck access onto the project site for equipment/site maintenance purposes. The proposed project, complies with the requirements of the March Lifecare Specific Plan Development Standards and Design Guidelines.
