A two-story, approx. 118,078 sq. ft. acute behavioral health facility on 7.11 acres in the Mixed Use zoning designation and a portion of the Institutional Residential/Retail zoning designation of the March LifeCare Campus Specific Plan (SP-7). The hospital is proposed to accommodate 80 rooms/156 beds for patient care. The proposed project would be constructed in one phase, with all ancillary landscaping and parking to be constructed with the Initial site development.
