- Redevelopment of a +/- 55.7 acre property that contains +/- 1,036,371 s.f. of unoccupied warehouse buildings that were constructed in approx. 1956. The existing buildings would be removed and replaced with two modern logistics warehouse buildings and associated site improvements including but not limited to driveways, parking lots, truck courts, landscaping, lighting, and signage. The southern warehouse buildings would be 663,100 s.f. in size and the northern building would b e572,240 s.f. in size, for a combined total of 1,235,340 s.f. of building space. Discretionary approvals include Design Review No. 01-18 (DR 01-18), Conditional Use Permit No. 03-18 (CUP 03-18), Modification No. 02-18), and Development Agreement No. 01-18 (DA 01-18).
