Reference SCH# 2001-28 The proposed project consists of the trust acquisition of a 16.69 acre undeveloped site, commonly referred to as the "Walker Parcel", into federal trust for the Ewiiaapaayp Band for the development of a healthcare facility. The Walker Parcel is located in eastern San Diego County near the community of Alpine, south of I-8, off of Alpine Blvd approximately 1/2 mile east of the Willows Road exit. The Proposed Project includes approximately 26,400 sf of building space, a parking lot, septic system and leach field, water well, and other minor associated facilities.
