- Transfer of 10,500 AF of KCWA's State Water Project 2008 Table A water to SCVWD to facilitate a 2008 water exchange from the Friant-Kern Canal (9,000 AF of OCID CVP_Friant Unit Class 1 water and 1,500 AF from a local pump-in to the Friant-Kern Canal) to a CVP-San-Luis Unit contractor (San Luis WD) on the California Aquaduct. KCWA would receive Friant water and deliver an equivalent quantity of its SWP 2008 table A water to SCVWD; SCVWD would receive the SWP water and deliver an equivalent quantity of its CVP-San Felipe Unit water to SLWD.
