Approve the conveyance of permanent and temporary construction easements to Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) for a strip of land 25 feet wide by about 1,100 feet long for installation or extension of an underground 6-inch diameter natural gas pipeline to be used in connection with PG&E's Dixon project. PG&E will be responsible for the construction, maintenance, and operation of the gas pipeline.
