Notice of Exemption
- Exempt Status
- Categorical Exemption
- Type, Section or Code
- Sec. 15301
- Reasons for Exemption
- This project is deemed to be Categorically Exempt as existing facilities because both buildings are existing structures and the re-painting would not expand the existing uses. The conversion of the existing Reservation Office to a recreation building was analyzed in the Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Snowcreek VII project (SCH #: 2006022011). The existing Wildasinn cabin is a historic resource that has been recorded in detail by Trans-Sierran Archaeological Research (December 2006). It has been determined that the re-painting of the Wildasinn cabin will not have an adverse effect on the cabin's historic values.
