Document Description
The Metropolitan District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to periodically repair areas of minor erosion within Metropolitan's Diamond Valley Lake and Lake Skinner conveyance and distributions operations area. This operations area includes unpaved patrol roads, property surrounding the Diamond Valley Lake and Lake Skinner reservoirs, areas around aboveground structures associated with pipelines, power plants, and other fee property or easements along Metropolitan's pipelines, canals, and other conveyance and distribution structures and facilities. Most of the erosion damage has occured as a result of storm events and repair is required to ensure the integrity of the water conveyance and distribution system. Repair acitivities consist of grading and, in some cases, using fill materials to restore these areas to their original condition.
