Issue a water supply permit to Whispering Pines Apartments for the operational us of replacement Well No. 5. Well No. 5 will replace old Well No. 4 due to lack of sufficient productivity and water quality. Well No. 4 will be taken offline when Well No. 5 is activated. Well No. 5 location has four associated locations that were analyzed and alternative site S-1 was chosen. A map of all considered sites is on file wiht the lead agency.
