Document Description
This project is a grant to the San Diego River Conservancy, who will plan public access improvements in canyons that drain to the San Diego River in the City of San Diego, including trails that connect Ruffin and Normal Heights Canyon to the River, with a footbridge that crosses the River. A conceptual plan will be developed that includes schematic construction designs, initial assessment of environment impacts archaeological significance and other regulatory concerns, construction cost estimates, and a project funding and implementation strategy.
