Operation of a new treatment plant which replaces the plant severely damaged in the Northridge Earthquake. The treatment plant will be operated from April to November each year to produce approximately 450 acre-feet per year of potable groundwater from existing wells. The new treatment plant does not increase the capacity of potable water production.
