Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602(SAA #1600-2008-0013-R6) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Southern California Edison Co. The project is to replace the gate valve and associated structure on one of the two gates located at the base of the Intake 4 Dam at Bishop Creek Plant 3 on Bishop Creek. The Operator will drain the Intake 4 reservoir to expose the drain gates and base of the dam. A tracked vehicle or other heavy equipment will cross Bishop Creek using rubber mats to access the south east side of the intake replace the damaged drain gate. No vegetation will be removed.
