Sundance Properties proposes to enhance existing wildlife habitat on its approximately 440-acre conservation property in western Placer County. This enhancement will occur through the creation of wildlife habitat on its 60-acre parcel which lies directly adjacent to Dowd Road and its 380-acre hunting preserve which is under a conservation easement held by the National Resource Conservation service (NRCS).
