Structurally rehabilitate Angelo's Hall at Columbia State Historic Park to comply with current health and safety standards. Work will:
* abate or encapsulate any exterior lead-containing paint, any hazardous materials will be removed in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
* repair interior foundations;
* upgrade and repair interior walls, including shear walls; install new plywood, gypsum board and waincoat on interior walls
